As a rule, shops and grocery stores are open from 9.00 to 21.00 on weekdays and from 9.00 to 18.00 on weekends.
Banks are usually open from 10.00 to 16.00 on weekdays and closed on weekends.
The closest post office (address Elielinaukio 2) to Finlandia Hall is located next to Helsinki Central Railway Station. It is open on weekdays from 8.00 to 20.00, on Saturdays from 10.00 to 16.00 and on Sundays from 12.00 to 16.00.

From and to Helsinki Airport
There are two public transport options between Helsinki Airport and Helsinki Central Railway Station (zones ABC). The train connection has two services, I-train and P-train, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Public transport busline 615 operates between the airport and Helsinki Central Railway Station and takes about 50 minutes. The ticket for zones ABC costs around EUR 5. Finnair City Bus is an expressline that operates between Helsinki Airport and Helsinki Central Railway Station. Tickets cost about EUR 6.50, and they are sold onboard and online. By taxi, it takes about 20 minutes from Helsinki Airport to the city centre. The taxifare is about EUR 40–45. The closest drop-off point at Finlandia Hall is Mannerheimintie 13e.
